He has the ability to cause any storms related to the sky, for the gentle rain to the destructive hurricane (and tornado). yes that's a he.... and yes, it's toned, not colored. my original plan was to color it like i did the Snowbringer (The Voice of Snow), but i absolutely adored the tones only. and thus, this happened. i think it looks nice. this has got to be one of the longest descriptions i've written. wow. .... i don't know what to call him; he has no relation to Sahashmar what-so-ever.... and i don't know what to call him... argh... =========== the Voice of Snow, Sahashmar, the Voice of Rain, unnamed character, Rainbringer (a.k.a.
